As of Fall 2020 students can access this for free using their CCAD email address.
used for: Gmail, Drive (unlimited storage), Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Meet, YouTube
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
used for: document creation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Please choose analogous Google Workplace tools first.
CCAD's Learning Management System (LMS)
used for: course files, gradebook, forums, lessons, assignments, journals, wikis, and VoiceThread
All courses will use Moodle each Academic Year.
used for: Create, capture, and paint 3D materials + stage and render 3D scenes.
As of Fall 2021, Substance Suite is owned by Adobe. However, some aspects of the licensing are not fully integrated in the Creative Cloud for Education. See the instructions above to set up Substance Suite on your personal or CCAD-issued laptop.
used for: course/group/individual audio and video calls, chats, shared files and lecture recording
