Email students with Quickmail.mp4

Step-by-step instructions

While in the course, navigate to the Quickmail section on the right. Select Compose Course Message.

This will open a new message. Select the recipients from the drop down menu in the To section. You may select All In Course or select individual students. Likewise, you may choose to select individual students to Exclude by using the corresponding drop down.

Add a Subject and draft the email in the Body.

You can attach documents by dragging and dropping them into the Attached files box (max size: 100MB).

You can also set the message to send at a future date/time by clicking Enable and setting the desired delivery time. To receive a send report to your CCAD email, click Yes. Otherwise, leave it No.

When you’re ready to send, click Send Message.
