How to Clear Your Cache for Self Service

Having trouble signing into Self Service? You can try clearing your data for the site in your browser. This is also known as “clearing your cache.” Follow the instructions on this page to delete site data for Chrome and Firefox.

Note: Self Service can have issues in Safari or Microsoft Edge. It’s best to use Chrome or Firefox.

 

 


Chrome

Open Chrome, click the Settings menu at the top right, and choose Settings.

 

Click Privacy and Security and scroll down and click See all site data and permissions.

Type “ccad.edu” in the search bar at the top and expand the settings for ccad.edu. Click the trash can next to ss.ccad.edu to remove the site data for Self Service.

 

Close and reopen Chrome, and try to sign into Self Service again.

Firefox

Open Chrome, click the Settings menu at the top right, and choose Settings.

 

Click Privacy & Security and scroll down and click Manage data.

Type “ccad.edu” in the search bar at the top and select ccad.edu. Click Remove Selected at the bottom left to remove the site data for Self Service, and then click Save Changes.

 

Close and reopen Firefox, and try to sign into Self Service again.
