The IT Help Desk is located in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. IT Help Desk Technicians are available Mon-Fri from 8AM - 5PM for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student-workers at the front desk are available to help with troubleshooting technology.

We cannot do in- or out-of-warranty repairs, we can only offer diagnostic services. Repair must be fulfilled by the vendor or manufacturer of the device.
