Downloading Teams
From the Teams home screen, you may select the download button in the lower left to install Teams to your device:
Once you have finished running the installer, Teams should launch automatically.
Team Meetings
Teams will allow you to hold class sessions or team meetings in two ways: virtual and recorded.
• Virtual class sessions or meetings would be those held at the same time with all the members of class or staff team virtually.
• Recorded format would allow students or staff team members to access the materials at their own leisure.
Video Call Meetings
You can use the video meeting call option to host virtual class session and meetings and record the session to share with others. These meetings are considered public which means that you can record them for posterity. IF you do decide to record your meeting make sure to ask students for permission or make a statement at the start of the recording indicating that it will be recorded.
