Substance Designer and Substance Painter are now part of Adobe Creative Cloud, but you won’t be able to download them from your personal Adobe Creative Cloud app quite yet. Instead, students and educators can still download the apps for free from the Substance3D website. Just follow the steps below.
Fill out the form. You will need to upload a picture of your CCAD ID.
Click “Submit.”
Although Substance is not yet available on individual Adobe Creative Cloud accounts, it is loaded onto all CCAD lab computers, and can be found on those computers' Creative Cloud apps.
