Voicemail

For added convenience You’ll now receive a copy of your voicemail in your CCAD email inbox!

When you delete voicemails from your email it will not delete them from the system however, so to prevent your voicemail quota from filling up you’ll still need to periodically log into Jabber, call into the voicemail system, or check voicemail on your desk phone and delete your voicemail messages.

Checking voicemail using Cisco Jabber

All CCAD-issued faculty and staff computers have the Cisco Open Cisco Jabber application installed. Open Jabber and sign in using your CCAD email credentials.

If you are off-campus you will need to turn on the CCAD VPN to access your voicemail using Jabber.

Once you are signed in, click the Voicemail button on the lefthand menu bar.

Your voice messages will be listed here. You will see who sent it, the duration, and the time it was received. Click the play button to play the voicemail through your computer. You click to select the voicemail and press the Delete key to delete it. Use Ctrl+click (Windows) or Cmd+click (Mac) to select multiple messages, or Shift+click to select a range of messages.
