Photo/Video Equipment Room

The CCAD Photo/Video Equipment Room offers rentals of photography, video, film, audio, and lighting gear to CCAD students, staff, and faculty for free.

How to check out equipment

Checkout is available as a reserve-ahead or walk-up service. 

• Equipment will be picked up and dropped off at the KH328 window

• Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance through our checkout system, Cheqroom.

  • We will confirm your reservation via email before you pick it up.

• Items can be checked out without a reservation, but there is no guarantee that the items you request will be available.

• You are required to show your CCAD ID when picking up equipment. No other forms of ID may be used, and your friends may not pick up equipment under your name.
