  1. Most people will be able to connect by using the Windows built-in menus.  To access the menus in Windows 10 go to the Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet

  2. Select Wi-Fi at the top left.

  3. Make sure Wi-Fi is on and select Eduroam from the list of wifi networks.

  4. Press Connect.

  5. You will be prompted for a username and password. Enter your full CCAD email address as your username.

  6. (Sometimes) If your computer has not yet encountered the certificate that encrypts the connection, it may show a Windows Security Alert warning that "The connection attempt could not be completed."

    • You can press a button to view Details.

    • Press Connect to go on.

  7. Your CCAD If your username and password will be sent to CCAD for verification. If they work, your Wi-FI will connectare correct, your device will connect to Eduroam Wi-Fi.
