  1. Most people will be able to connect by using the Windows built-in menus.  To access the menus in Windows 10 go to the Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet

  2. Select Wi-Fi at the top left.

  3. Make sure Wi-Fi is on and select Eduroam from the list of wifi networks.

  4. Press Connect.

  5. You will be prompted for a username and password. Enter your full email address as your username.

  6. (Sometimes) If your computer has not yet encountered the certificate that encrypts the connection, it may show a Windows Security Alert warning that "The connection attempt could not be completed."

    • You can press a button to view Details.

    • Press Connect to go on.

  7. If your username and password are correct, your device will connect to Eduroam Wi-Fi.

Click the network icon in the System Tray at the bottom right of your screen (next to the clock). Enable WiFi and select eduroam from the list of available networks. Enter your CCAD email (e.g., jstudent.1@go.ccad.edu) and password and click Connect.

Once you see Connected, Secured next to eduroam, you’re connected!
