If you have issues connecting your devices to WiFi using stored profiles, you can forget and re-add the profile to reconnect.


Forget networks on Windows 10

Click the WiFi icon in the System Tray at the bottom right of your screen. Click Network & Internet Settings. Select WiFi from the lefthand navigation. Click Manage Known Networks, click ARTNET then click Forget to remove the stored network profile. Repeat for ARTNET1 and eduroam.

Forget networks on macOS 12

Under the Apple menu at the top left, open System Preferences. Click Network, and then Wi-Fi. Click the Advanced… button at the bottom right of the window, and then click the Wi-Fi tab across the top. Select ARTNET and click the '-' button to remove the profile. Repeat for ARTNET1 and eduroam.

Forget networks on Android 11

Open the Settings app and go to Wi-Fi & Network. Tap Wi-Fi and then tap the gear icon next to ARTNET, ARTNET1, and eduroam, then tap Forget.

Open the Settings app and go to Wi-Fi. Tap the blue 'i' next to ARTNET, ARTNET1, and eduroam, then tap Forget.
