If you have issues connecting your devices to WiFi using stored profiles, you can forget and re-add the profile to reconnect.

Forget networks on Windows 10

Click the WiFi icon in the System Tray at the bottom right of your screen. Click Network & Internet Settings. Select WiFi from the lefthand navigation. Click Manage Known Networks, click ARTNET then click Forget to remove the stored network profile. Repeat for ARTNET1 and eduroam.

Forget networks on macOS

macOS Ventura or later

Choose Apple menu > System Settings.

Click Wi-Fi in the sidebar.

Scroll down on the right and click Advanced to see the networks known to your Mac.

Click the more buttonNo alt supplied for Image next to the network, choose Remove From List, then click Remove to confirm.

Prior to macOS Ventura

Under the Apple menu at the top left, open System Preferences. Click Network, and then Wi-Fi. Click the Advanced… button at the bottom right of the window, and then click the Wi-Fi tab across the top. Select ARTNET and click the '-' button to remove the profile. Repeat for ARTNET1 and eduroam.

Forget networks on Android 11

Open the Settings app and go to Wi-Fi & Network. Tap Wi-Fi and then tap the gear icon next to ARTNET, ARTNET1, and eduroam, then tap Forget.

Forget networks on iOS

iOS 16 and newer

Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.

Tap the info buttonNo alt supplied for Image next to the network you're using.

Tap Forget This Network, then tap Forget to confirm.

To forget a network that you've joined before but aren't currently using:

Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.

Tap Edit in the corner of the screen to see the networks known to your device.

Take either of these actions:

Tap the Delete Button, then tap Delete.

Or tap the Info Button next to the network, tap Forget This Network, then tap Forget to confirm.

To reconnect your device, use these instructions:

Prior to iOS 16

Open the Settings app and go to Wi-Fi. Tap the blue 'i' next to ARTNET, ARTNET1, and eduroam, then tap Forget.
