The IT Help Desk is located in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. IT Help Desk Technicians are available Monday to Friday for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student-workers at the front desk are available to help with troubleshooting technology. The IT Help Desk also provides limited support hours on Saturday for Saturday Morning Art Classes.

Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

We cannot do in- or out-of-warranty repairs, we can only offer diagnostic services. Repair must be fulfilled by the vendor or manufacturer of the device.
