If you have issues connecting your devices to WiFi using stored profiles, you can forget and re-add the profile to reconnect.

Click the WiFi icon in the System Tray at the bottom right of your screen. Click Network & Internet Settings. Select WiFi from the lefthand navigation. Click Manage Known Networks, click ARTNET and ARTNET1 and click Forget to remove the stored network profile.
Scroll down and click Network and Sharing Center. In the new window, click Set up new connection or network. Choose Manually Connect to
