The IT Help Desk is located in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. IT Help Desk staff Technicians are available Mon-Fri from 9AM - 5PM for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student-workers at the front deskcan desk are available to help with troubleshooting technology.
