The IT Help Desk & Digital Print Lab is located in Kinney Hall 220. Help Desk staff are available 9-5 in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. IT Help Desk Technicians are available Mon-Fri from 9AM - 5PM for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student-workers are at the front desk for extended hours to assist with Digital Print Lab operations and IT triagingare available to help with troubleshooting technology.
