The IT Help Desk & Digital Print Lab are located in Kinney Hall 220. Help Desk staff are available is located in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. IT Help Desk Technicians are available Mon-Fri from 9AM - 5PM for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student-workers are at the front desk for extended hours are available to help with printing or troubleshooting technology.
