Digital Print Lab Policy & Service Agreement

Timeliness
Your print orders will be completed by a limited group of student workers, and your prints will be available to pick up at Ampersand Emporium within 2 business days.
Prints can only be picked up during their open hours. You can also email artsupplies@ccad.edu or call 614.222.3211 with questions.
Larger orders and high-demand periods of time may lead to delays in your order being completed. If we anticipate a delay we will do our best to notify you via email.
Whenever possible, give plenty of lead time in case of delays. (We recommend submitting your files at least 2-3 business days before you absolutely need them if at all possible.)
Prints & Re-prints
All of the paper types and sizes we currently offer are listed on the form. We can’t fulfill print orders on any other paper types or sizes.
If you are unsure which one best fits your needs, feel free to stop by the Ampersand Emporium to see the paper in person, or contact us (or your professor if the prints are for an assignment) for advice on which paper will be best for your prints.
If you need a different paper type, you will need to use an outside printing company.
The files you submit to us are the ones we will print. Please double-check that you are submitting the correct files, and that the resolution is high enough.
We recommend 300 dpi for high print quality, 240 dpi at a minimum
We may need to rescale images if they are larger than the selected paper type
The Digital Print Lab cannot be held responsible for the following scenarios. In these cases, you will be responsible for paying for the print. If you choose to order a replacement print, you will need to submit a new order, printed within an additional business day.
You submitted the wrong file
Your file is too low of a resolution
You selected the wrong paper type or size
The Digital Print Lab will take responsibility for the follow scenarios, and will re-print your order free of charge. If we make an error and need to re-print, we will expedite the replacement print and make every effort (but cannot guarantee) to print it within the same business day that the error was reported. If the error is not reported within 2 business days of when it was picked up, the order will be considered complete and we will not be able to re-print or refund the order.

Picking up your Prints
All prints will be available for payment and pickup at the Ampersand Emporium.
We cannot ship prints to you.
If you cannot pick up your print from the Ampersand Emporium, you will need to use an external printing company.
Please pick up your prints in a timely manner. Prints may be discarded after 2 weeks.
Payment
Upon submitting the Digital Print Lab order form, you will receive an invoice for your order. You must agree to this price before we begin to process your order. By acknowledging the invoice, you agree to pay the amount in full.
By submitting the order form you are agreeing to pay the full amount upon picking up your print at the Ampersand Emporium.
Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in being banned from submitting future orders.
You will pay for your order at the Ampersand Emporium. You can pay with cash, credit/debit cards, or your student account balance.
