The IT Help Desk & Digital Print Lab are located in Kinney Hall 220. Help Desk staff are available from 9 AM-5 PM is located in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. IT Help Desk Technicians are available Mon-Fri from 9AM - 5PM for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student-workers are at the front desk for extended hours are available to help with printing or troubleshooting technology.
