The IT Help Desk is located in the Packard Library in the ground floor of the Canzani building. Help Desk staff are available from 9AM - 5PM for drop-in or scheduled IT needs, and student workers at the front deskcan help with troubleshooting technology.

See the services we offer below, or email us at helpdesk@ccad.edu to submit a ticket. For urgent issues, like problems with A/V systems during class time, please call us at 614.222.6174.

Help Desk Services

The Help Desk can provide assistance to Students, Staff, & Faculty who need assistance with the following.

We cannot do in- or out-of-warranty repairs, we can only offer diagnostic services. Repair must be fulfilled by the vendor or manufacturer of the device.
