Inviting a Guest to a Meeting

You can’t add outside users to a Team, but you can invite them to meetings.

Open the Team where the meeting will occur. Click the Meet Now icon to begin a meeting.

 

In the Participants pane, click the link icon. This will copy the meeting invitation to your clipboard.

 

Open your CCAD email and compose a new message to your external guests. Paste the link into the email. The guest will be able to click that link to join the meeting when your meeting or class starts.
